If you're unfamiliar with this book, I suggest taking the time to read it. It's over 100 years old, but the advice is sound and applicable to many of the concerns we have today.

Thanks for the post UW. I dowloaded the EPUB version from Project Gutenberg so I can read it on my smartphone when I have down time.

Thanks for that reference - No shortage of Great Resources.
There are a lot of "public domain" woodcraft/bushcraft books out there, that can be downloaded and enjoyed :-)
